Coffee Integrated Pest Management Calendar Meetings to Obtain Feedback and Validate Information

There will be THREE (3) separate meetings to obtain feedback and to validate information on three draft coffee IPM calendars for LOWER, MID & UPPER elevation farms in KONA.

These coffee IPM calendars will be general in nature. However, the goal of these meetings is to gather information from farmers who produce coffee on farms in these particular regions of Kona and to tailor the calendars to the areas while addressing differences in tree phenology related to CBB, CLR, and other pest management, pruning and desuckering, fertilization, and other production and cultivation needs. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided.

We will also host meetings in Ka'u to collect feedback for four draft Ka'u coffee IPM calendars in the near future.
